The Investigative Committee is conducting an inquiry into the death of a 55-year-old livestock worker at the Harduny farm in Dobrush District. The incident occurred on October 18.

The man died while filling in for a maintenance mechanic. He was cleaning a farm building.

“While carrying out the work, the man fell onto the moving components of the manure removal system — the conveyor gears and chains. After being caught in the operating machinery, he sustained injuries that proved fatal,” the Investigative Committee said.

Investigators inspected the scene, including the conveyor mechanism. Documents were seized and forensic examinations were ordered.
