Composition of the “Commission for Return” Updated

The composition of the Commission for the Consideration of Appeals from Citizens of the Republic of Belarus Regarding Offences Committed by Them has been updated. Decree No. 360, dated October 14, was published today on the National Legal Internet Portal and enters into force upon publication.

The decree reflects recent changes in the leadership of several government bodies, as well as changes in the personal status of some members.

The following individuals have been appointed to the commission:

Hennadz Dysko, Deputy Prosecutor General,

Vitaly Dziemidovich, Chairman of the Belarusian Republican Bar Association.

Dysko will also serve as deputy chairman of the commission. Aliaksei Stuk, Aliaksei Shvakau and Uladzimir Basko have been removed from its membership.

Hanna Kanapatskaya will now be listed as Hanna Trukhanovich on the commission.

In addition, the positions of Aleh Dyachenka, Marat Markau and Aliaksandr Markevich have been changed.
