Giant Letters for the Visually Imppaired: Lukashenka Accidentally Reveals Talking Points He Forgot to Voice

In the heat of the moment while speaking today before delegates of the All-Belarusian People’s Assembly, Alyaksandr Lukashenka began waving one of the sheets containing talking points for answering a pre-prepared question. The talking points were written in giant letters for the visually impaired.

After Lukashenka’s main address, Assembly delegate and propagandist Vadzim Hihin was the first to ask him a question about Belarusian-American talks. It was meant to look like a spontaneous answer to an unexpected question. As a result, Lukashenka allegedly launched into an attack on Belarus’s democratic movement and its leaders.

As he became increasingly animated, he started waving one of the sheets with talking points, and the text of the cheat sheet appeared in the frame. It mentioned “money” and “money-2.” Notably, in the talking point labeled “money-2,” speechwriters suggested that he reflect on the funds that Belarusians raised within a few hours for political prisoners on the BYSOL platform. Naturally, according to the propaganda narrative, the money has already been “stolen.” As of now, Lukashenka has not found an occasion or has forgotten to voice this talking point.
