They are <b>Jakub Kulik<\/b> and <b>Artur Mora\u0144ski<\/b>. According to the prime minister, both are in serious condition.<\/p>\n<p><i>&#8220;They probably saved many lives, risking their own,&#8221;<\/i> Tusk <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/donaldtusk\/status\/2119181531067404633\">wrote<\/a> on X, describing the officers as heroes.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier, the prime minister <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/donaldtusk\/status\/2119155543436927149\">reported<\/a> that three police officers had been injured and that one of them was fighting for his life. In a separate post, Tusk thanked police officers, medical personnel and eyewitnesses who rushed to help the injured.<\/p>\n<p>As <a href=\"https:\/\/reform.news\/en\/six-killed-15-injured-in-shooting-in-central-krakow\">Reform.news reported<\/a>, the shooting began shortly after 3 p.m. on November 7 near S\u0142awkowska Street, close to the Main Market Square. According to preliminary information, the man fired from a moving vehicle. Police officers wounded and arrested him at the intersection of Dietla and Stradomska streets. The suspect is a Polish citizen. Police denied reports that they were searching for a second attacker.<\/p>\n<p>According to the Ma\u0142opolska Voivodeship Office, six people were killed and another 15 were injured. The victims included four women and two men.
