The bodies of two women and a man have been found at the home of a suspect detained in connection with the shooting in central Krak\u00f3w. The house is located in Ostrowiec \u015awi\u0119tokrzyski. The \u015awi\u0119tokrzyskie Voivodeship Police reported the discovery, according to Radio Bia\u0142ystok<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk<\/strong> confirmed the discovery during an evening briefing in Krak\u00f3w on November 7. According to him, there are strong indications that the deceased were close relatives of the suspect. Police said investigative activities were continuing at the scene. The police statement did not specify the causes of death. Tusk’s remarks and the police statement were reported<\/a> by Wirtualna Polska.<\/p>\n

The shooting in central Krak\u00f3w<\/a> began shortly after 3 p.m. on November 7 near S\u0142awkowska Street, close to the Main Market Square. According to preliminary information, a man fired shots from a moving vehicle. Police officers shot and wounded him before detaining him near the intersection of Dietla and Stradomska streets. The suspect is a Polish citizen.<\/p>\n

The Ma\u0142opolska Voivodeship Office previously reported that six people were killed and 15 injured in the Krak\u00f3w shooting. The dead included four women and two men. Krak\u00f3w Mayor \u0141ukasz Giba\u0142a<\/strong> declared a period of mourning in the city until November 11.<\/p>\n
