Three Belarusian citizens and one Polish citizen were arrested.<\/p>\n<p>The factory was operating in the Mazowieckie Voivodeship. A tobacco product packaging line was discovered during a search. Authorities seized 400,000 cigarettes, boxes, packaging bearing well-known brand names and raw materials used to manufacture excise goods.<\/p>\n<p>The four detainees were charged with participation in an organised criminal group involved in the illegal trade in cigarettes.
