Regional Governor <b>Pavel Malkov<\/b> reported fires at industrial facilities.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;There is damage caused by falling debris. Fires broke out at industrial facilities in Ryazan. Power lines were damaged, and parts of the city are experiencing electricity outages,&#8221;<\/em> he said.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, houses and non-residential buildings were damaged elsewhere in the region.
