He is accused of accepting a bribe on a large scale.<\/p>\n<p>According to the case materials, the official, who was responsible for supplying the enterprise with material resources, used his position to benefit two private companies. In particular, the former deputy director arranged for cocoa powder to be purchased from these companies without the mandatory competitive procedures.
