Mum and Dad have been summoned to the Investigative Committee tomorrow: a new criminal case has been opened against me,\u201d<\/i> Andreyeva <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/100003372760933\/posts\/28710729371956106\/#\">wrote<\/a> on Facebook.<\/p>\n<p>Katsiaryna Andreyeva is a journalist with Belsat. In 2021, she was sentenced to two years in prison for livestreaming from the \u201cSquare of Changes\u201d. In 2022, she received an eight-year-and-three-month prison sentence on charges of \u201chigh treason\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Andreyeva was released in March 2026. Along with other political prisoners, she was forcibly removed from Belarus to Lithuania.
