Another Belarusian citizen is suspected of committing the crime. Both men arrived in September seeking work and found jobs as labourers at a construction site.<\/p>\n<p>On Monday, they finished work and returned to the hostel at around 7 p.m., where they began drinking with colleagues. An argument broke out while they were drinking.
