The document was <a href=\"https:\/\/pravo.by\/document\/?guid=12551&amp;p0=C22600560\">published<\/a> today on the National Legal Internet Portal and enters into force upon publication.<\/p>\n<p>Compensation will be paid in 2026-2027 from the republican budget. It will amount to 100% of the refinancing rate.<\/p>\n<p>The resolution also contains a list of retail chains eligible to receive loans as procurement organisations involved in establishing stabilisation funds.<\/p>\n<p>The total amount of loans issued is 24.6 million Belarusian rubles. The loan recipients are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Eurotorg LLC \u2014 14.47 million rubles,<\/li>\n<li>Euroopt Online Store CJSC \u2014 1.01 million rubles,<\/li>\n<li>Unifood CJSC \u2014 1.42 million rubles,<\/li>\n<li>BelVillesden UE \u2014 1.98 million rubles,<\/li>\n<li>Novopolotsk Hotel Complex Municipal Unitary Enterprise \u2014 58,100 rubles,<\/li>\n<li>BelMarketCompany LLC \u2014 959,450 rubles,<\/li>\n<li>Resttrade LLC \u2014 591,600 rubles,<\/li>\n<li>Santa Retail LLC \u2014 3.98 million rubles,<\/li>\n<li>Polotsk-Torg OJSC \u2014 134,260 rubles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Belarusian Council of Ministers has ordered compensation for losses incurred by Belarusbank and Belagroprombank on loans provided to finance the formation of stabilisation funds, under Resolution No. 560 of October 30.
