An air raid alert was declared earlier in the Ludza and Balvi municipalities.<\/p>\n<p>According to <a href=\"https:\/\/rus.lsm.lv\/statja\/novosti\/proisshestvija\/03.11.2026-v-balvskom-krae-upal-neopoznannyi-obieekt-vedutsia-poiski.a670283\/\">LSM<\/a>, the country&#8217;s National Armed Forces reported that the object fell in Balvi Municipality. A search operation is under way.<\/p>\n<p>The air raid alert was issued shortly after midnight today.
