As she was leaving the apartment, she took it with her. After discovering that four rings and money were missing, the owner contacted the police.<\/p>\n<p>A forensic expert from the Vitsyebsk Interdistrict Department of the State Forensic Examination Committee found fingerprints at the scene. Their examination helped quickly establish the suspect&#8217;s identity. She turned out to be an unemployed resident of Vitsyebsk.<\/p>\n<p>After her arrest, police found some of the stolen property in the apartment of another acquaintance of the woman. The items seized included the man bag, three pieces of jewellery and more than $4,000.<\/p>\n<p>The Vitsyebsk City Department of the Investigative Committee has opened a criminal case.
