Ukrainian President <b>Volodymyr Zelenskyy<\/b> <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/V_Zelenskiy_official\/21568\">said<\/a> this, citing a military briefing.<\/p>\n<p>He also confirmed reports of two missile strikes that <a href=\"https:\/\/reform.news\/en\/ukraine-says-two-russian-su-34-aircraft-destroyed-at-airfield-in-volgograd-region\">destroyed two Russian Su-34 fighter jets<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><i>&#8220;Another aspect of our missile defence efforts concerns interceptor missiles, primarily for Patriot systems, which our partners can provide. They are needed to protect lives,&#8221;<\/i> the Ukrainian leader stressed.<\/p>\n<p>He said Ukrainian intelligence had information that Russia was preparing new ballistic missile strikes.<\/p>\n<p><i>&#8220;And we need the capabilities to shoot down all this Russian evil. We are waiting for the relevant decisions.
