He was staying in Lithuania on a temporary residence permit.<\/p>\n<p>The man presented Lithuanian border guards with a driving licence that turned out to be forged.<\/p>\n<p>The Belarusian was fined \u20ac3,000 for driving without a valid licence. A pre-trial investigation has also been launched into the use of a forged document. The man was detained.
