He is suspected of embezzlement through abuse of official powers (Part 1 of Article 210 of the Criminal Code).<\/p>\n<p>In addition to his main job, the suspect was employed on a 0.25 full-time equivalent basis as a surgeon in the purulent surgery department of a city hospital.
