The Ukrainian and Russian delegations taking part in the humanitarian operation in Oleshky have left Homiel aboard the same aircraft, BelTA reported.<\/p>\n

This morning, the state news agency reported<\/a> that a plane carrying the Russian delegation had arrived in Homiel. Later, a Ukrainian delegation headed by Ombudsman Dmytro Lubinets<\/strong> crossed the border through the Novaya Huta checkpoint. A crew from the American television channel Newsmax also arrived with him.<\/p>\n

The Belarusian side provided transport for the Ukrainian delegation.<\/p>\n

Dmytro Lubinets confirmed on his Telegram channel that he was on his way to Oleshky.<\/p>\n

The meeting<\/a> between the delegations took place at the airport in the regional center. Both delegations subsequently flew out of Homiel.<\/p>\n
