They have been removed from this year&#8217;s legislative drafting plan. The decision is set out in Decree No. 382 of October 27, published today on the National Legal Internet Portal.<\/p>\n<p>The following items have been removed from the plan:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Amendments to the Law \u201cOn the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus\u201d;<\/li>\n<li>Amendments to the Law \u201cOn State Awards of the Republic of Belarus\u201d;<\/li>\n<li>Amendments to the Law \u201cOn Local Government and Self-Government in the Republic of Belarus\u201d;<\/li>\n<li>Amendments to the Law \u201cOn Licensing\u201d;<\/li>\n<li>Amendments to the Law \u201cOn Insolvency Settlement\u201d;<\/li>\n<li>Amendments to laws concerning personal data protection;<\/li>\n<li>The Environmental Code.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Belarus has abandoned plans to draft seven pieces of legislation in 2026.
