However, the building was not initially included in the database of projects with construction delays exceeding the regulatory timeframe, the State Control Committee <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/kgk_oficial\/10173\">reports<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Following the committee\u2019s intervention, the site was added to the list of unfinished construction projects. Since the private developer failed to meet its obligations to complete the building, the allocated land plot was seized and the building was demolished.<\/p>\n<p>The land has been rehabilitated and returned to Homiel\u2019s land reserves.
