A new building for Belarus\u2019 National State Television and Radio Company is planned for Makaenka Street in Minsk. An invitation to participate in a tender to select a general design organization for design and survey work has been published<\/a> on the goszakupki.by website.<\/p>\n

The estimated cost of the design and survey work is 1.31 million Belarusian rubles. The work is scheduled to be carried out from October 29, 2026, to May 31, 2027. It is to be financed from the company\u2019s own funds.<\/p>\n

The architectural and planning concept was developed by the Belgosp\u0440\u043e\u0435\u043a\u0442 Institute in 2026. It \u043f\u0440\u0435\u0434\u0443\u0441\u043c\u0430\u0442\u0440\u0438\u0432\u0430\u0435\u0442 the construction of a three-storey building measuring 59.5 \u00d7 74.7 meters, connected to the existing building by a covered passageway.<\/p>\n

The project includes filming studios, two storage rooms, service entrances and additional entrances. A parking lot with space for 20 cars is planned in front of the main entrance.<\/p>\n

The invitation to participate in the tender was posted on October 15. The submission period ended on October 20, and the proposals are now under review.<\/p>\n
