Clocks will be turned back one hour.<\/p>\n<p>After the time change, Vilnius, Riga, Tallinn and Kyiv will be one hour behind Minsk. The time difference between Minsk and Warsaw, as well as other cities observing Central European Time, will be two hours. For example, when it is 10:00 in Minsk, it will be 09:00 in Vilnius, Riga, Tallinn and Kyiv, and 08:00 in Warsaw and Berlin.<\/p>\n<p>European countries will return to summer time at the end of March 2027.<\/p>\n<p>Belarus abandoned seasonal clock changes in 2011.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On the night of October 24-25, EU countries and Ukraine will switch to winter time.
