The legislation introduces several new terms, including \u201caquaculture,\u201d \u201caquaculture facilities,\u201d \u201cpasture-based aquaculture,\u201d \u201ccages\u201d and \u201crecirculating aquaculture systems.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The law defines the rights and obligations of fish farming organizations and provides for conditions to support the development of new production facilities.
