The Nadbu\u017ca\u0144ski Border Guard Unit reported the incidents.<\/p>\n<p>On October 15, eight boxes of cigarettes were found near Lubart\u00f3w. They were wrapped in black plastic, and fragments of a weather balloon were found nearby. A total of 12,000 packs of cigarettes worth 250,000 zlotys were recovered.<\/p>\n<p>On October 16, two boxes with balloons attached to them were discovered near Lublin.
