He claims to represent the Ukrainian side and offers cooperation, including financial compensation in exchange for information.<\/p>\n<p>Human rights defenders believe that the account handle @tupikov_aa may indicate an attempt to impersonate <strong>Andrii Anatoliiovych Tupikov<\/strong>, Deputy Head of the Security Service of Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p>It should be recalled that unknown individuals previously also <a href=\"https:\/\/reform.news\/en\/unknown-individuals-threaten-coordination-council-delegate\">attempted to contact a delegate to the Coordination Council and threatened him<\/a>.
