After refusing, the delegate began receiving threats, the Viasna Human Rights Centre <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/viasna96\/36890\">reports<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The Coordination Council delegate received a Telegram message from an unknown contact using the name \u201cIvan Lvovich\u201d. The sender said he was in Kyiv and represented one of Ukraine\u2019s state organisations. \u201cIvan Lvovich\u201d wrote that he had been following the delegate for a long time and offered \u201cmutually beneficial friendship\u201d and \u201cfinancial assistance\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>After the delegate rejected the offers, threats began arriving from different phone numbers.<\/p>\n<p>The \u201cIvan Lvovich\u201d account was registered in May 2026.
