On the morning of October 21, a person was found hanging by a rope from the facade of a high-rise apartment building on Lahoyski Trakt in Minsk. The person showed no signs of life.<\/p>\n

Investigators identified<\/a> the deceased as a 23-year-old Minsk resident. He lived alone and had been unemployed for an extended period.<\/p>\n

By the time emergency services and the investigative team arrived, the apartment where the young man lived was locked from the inside. The belongings inside the apartment had not been disturbed.<\/p>\n

The Investigative Committee is establishing the circumstances of the incident. Neighbours and possible witnesses are being questioned. A forensic medical examination has been ordered.<\/p>\n
