The meeting is scheduled for the first half of the day today,&#8221;<\/i> he said.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier, Witkoff and Russian presidential envoy Kirill Dmitriev had already <a href=\"https:\/\/reform.news\/en\/witkoff-and-dmitriev-begin-talks-in-st-petersburg\">arrived<\/a> at the Konstantinovsky Palace.<\/p>\n<p>Ushakov described the meeting between Witkoff and Putin as a planned event.<\/p>\n<p><i>&#8220;I would say it is a routine event. It was agreed upon several days ago.
