The incident occurred on October 18.<\/p>\n<p>The man died while filling in for a maintenance mechanic. He was cleaning a farm building.<\/p>\n<p><i>\u201cWhile carrying out the work, the man fell onto the moving components of the manure removal system \u2014 the conveyor gears and chains. After being caught in the operating machinery, he sustained injuries that proved fatal,\u201d<\/i> the Investigative Committee said.<\/p>\n<p>Investigators inspected the scene, including the conveyor mechanism.
