The Russian rouble rose.<\/p>\n<p>The dollar fell by 0.22%, or 0.67 kopecks, to 2.9883 Belarusian roubles. On Monday, the dollar exchange rate dropped below 3 roubles for the first time since late August.<\/p>\n<p>The euro fell by 0.15%, or 0.52 kopecks, to 3.3503 roubles.<\/p>\n<p>The Russian rouble rose by 0.03%, or 0.1 kopecks. One hundred Russian roubles were valued at 3.6137 Belarusian roubles.<\/p>\n<p>The yuan lost 0.14%, or 0.61 kopecks.
