Regional Governor <b>Ruslan Kukharuk<\/b> <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/kuharuk_ruslan\/15929\">reported<\/a> the incident without specifying which facility was involved.<\/p>\n<p><i>\u201cA fire broke out at an industrial facility in Surgut District as a result of a drone attack. Emergency services are working at the scene. Specialists are currently assessing the extent and nature of the damage,\u201d<\/i> he wrote on Telegram.<\/p>\n<p>The Ukrainian monitoring Telegram channel Exilenova+ <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/exilenova_plus\/32700\">claims<\/a> that Ukraine&#8217;s Defence Forces struck the Viktor Chernomyrdin Surgut Gas Condensate Stabilisation Plant. The facility is located approximately 2,400 kilometres from the Ukrainian border.<\/p>\n<p>The plant is part of Gazprom&#8217;s operations. It processes gas condensate and produces motor and aviation fuel.
