Yesterday, Russian Deputy Prime Minister <strong>Alexander Novak<\/strong> said Russia would continue importing petrol at least until the end of the year.<\/p>\n<p>Belarusian refineries are expected to remain among Russia\u2019s main petrol suppliers in the fourth quarter, according to the publication.<\/p>\n<p>Petrol consumption in Russia is estimated at 3.4 million to 3.8 million tonnes a month. Imports therefore account for 16-18% of the market. Without them, the monthly petrol deficit could exceed half a million tonnes.<\/p>\n<p>In September, Russia imported up to 350,000 tonnes of petrol by sea, including supplies from India, Turkey and Morocco, according to the publication.
