The compensation will be paid from the national budget. The relevant <a href=\"https:\/\/pravo.by\/document\/?guid=12551&amp;p0=C22600520\">resolution<\/a>, No. 520 of October 15, was published today on the National Legal Internet Portal.<\/p>\n<p>The loan is being provided as a multi-currency revolving credit line with a limit of 45 million Belarusian rubles.<\/p>\n<p>For the ruble-denominated portion of the credit line, the bank will receive compensation equivalent to four-fifths of the National Bank\u2019s refinancing rate.<\/p>\n<p>For funds denominated in yuan, the compensation will be based on the one-year Loan Prime Rate (1-year LPR) set by the People\u2019s Bank of China, plus 1.25 percentage points.<\/p>\n<p>For funds denominated in US dollars, compensation will be calculated based on the Commercial Interest Reference Rates (CIRRs), plus 1.25 percentage points.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Council of Ministers of Belarus has ordered compensation for Belinvestbank\u2019s losses incurred in providing a loan to the Homiel Chemical Plant to produce goods for export.
