Decree No. 360, dated October 14, was published today on the National Legal Internet Portal and enters into force upon publication.<\/p>\n<p>The decree reflects recent changes in the leadership of several government bodies, as well as changes in the personal status of some members.<\/p>\n<p>The following individuals have been appointed to the commission:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hennadz Dysko<\/strong>, Deputy Prosecutor General,<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vitaly Dziemidovich<\/strong>, Chairman of the Belarusian Republican Bar Association.<\/p>\n<p>Dysko will also serve as deputy chairman of the commission. <strong>Aliaksei Stuk, Aliaksei Shvakau and Uladzimir Basko<\/strong> have been removed from its membership.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hanna Kanapatskaya<\/strong> will now be listed as <strong>Hanna Trukhanovich<\/strong> on the commission.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, the positions of <strong>Aleh Dyachenka, Marat Markau<\/strong> and <strong>Aliaksandr Markevich<\/strong> have been changed.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The composition of the Commission for the Consideration of Appeals from Citizens of the Republic of Belarus Regarding Offences Committed by Them has been updated.
