The smugglers threw the cigarettes out of a railway carriage after crossing the border.<\/p>\n<p>Polish customs officers were monitoring a freight train arriving from Belarus. Near the town of W\u00f3lka Dobry\u0144ska, close to the border, two men began throwing black-plastic-wrapped packages out of an open railway carriage.<\/p>\n<p>The men were detained. Both turned out to be local residents.
