Russia, however, continued to attack Ukrainian energy facilities.<\/p>\n<p>He also said that Ukrainian forces had stopped receiving US warnings about ballistic missile launches. Disruptions to Starlink services were also reported. According to Zelenskyy, US partners explicitly warned the Ukrainian military that intelligence sharing would be blocked if strikes on Russian oil refineries continued. The incident was later presented as a technical malfunction. The Ukrainian president said it was an expression of \u201cpolitical will.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>On the evening of October 14, Russian Deputy Prime Minister <strong>Alexander Novak<\/strong> reported that drones had <a href=\"https:\/\/reform.news\/en\/russia-reports-attacks-on-two-of-its-oil-refineries\">struck oil refineries<\/a> in the Saratov and Ryazan regions.
