The country\u2019s Foreign Minister <strong>K\u0119stutis Budrys<\/strong> made the statement.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Designating it a terrorist organization would mean that we would consider everyone who has served in or is associated with the GRU to be supporting or facilitating terrorism. Such people should not be present around our businesses or banks, or on our territory. However, this requires a solid legal basis, and that is precisely what we are working on now.
