Sybiha described the Lukashenka regime as a threat to Latvia and all of Europe.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThe Lukashenka regime in Belarus poses an increasing threat to Latvia, the Baltic states and Europe as a whole. We discussed ways to counter this threat and increase pressure on Minsk.
