According to investigators, he concealed part of the company\u2019s revenue from accounting records, paid salaries \u201cunder the table,\u201d and evaded taxes and insurance contributions.<\/p>\n<p>The case was investigated by the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee\u2019s central office. According to the case materials, only part of the money received from clients for services was processed through the company\u2019s cash desk, while accounting staff were given documents containing false information about the company\u2019s profits.<\/p>\n<p>The defendant used the concealed revenue to increase his personal income and to pay unofficial wages to employees and other individuals who worked without formal employment contracts.<\/p>\n<p>According to the Prosecutor General\u2019s Office, the accused evaded taxes, failed to remit personal income tax to the state budget, and did not pay mandatory insurance contributions to the Social Protection Fund. As a result, the state lost out on approximately 500,000 roubles.<\/p>\n<p>The man reportedly pleaded guilty in full, expressed remorse, and voluntarily took steps to partially compensate for the damage.<\/p>\n<p>When referring the case to court, the Deputy Prosecutor General filed a civil claim against the accused seeking to recover more than 270,000 roubles in outstanding damages on behalf of the Minsk City Department of the Social Protection Fund.<\/p>\n<p>The accused remains under a written undertaking not to leave the country and to behave appropriately, the Prosecutor General\u2019s Office press service <a href=\"https:\/\/prokuratura.gov.by\/ru\/media\/novosti\/nadzor-za-resheniyami-po-ugolovnym-i-grazhdanskim-delam\/realizoval-shemu-po09102026\/\">reported<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Prosecutor General\u2019s Office of Belarus has sent a criminal case against the former head of a real estate company in the capital to court.
