When he was arrested, about one kilogram of the psychotropic substance alpha-PVP was found in his possession.<\/p>\n<p>During subsequent operational and investigative measures, a 25-year-old Minsk resident described as a drug shop courier was arrested. Another three kilograms of mephedrone were found on him and in hidden stashes.<\/p>\n<p>The operation was carried out by drug control officers from Homiel region together with fighters from the Lynx special unit of the Interior Ministry\u2019s Internal Troops.<\/p>\n<p>Investigators have opened criminal cases over the illegal distribution of drugs.
