He was near the equipment when the airflow pulled him inside the unit. His injuries proved fatal.<\/p>\n<p>An investigative team worked at the scene. Investigators inspected the site, documented evidence, questioned witnesses and seized technical documentation. Expert examinations have been ordered.<\/p>\n<p>The Brest Interdistrict Department of the Investigative Committee has opened criminal cases against those responsible for compliance with occupational safety rules at the enterprise.
