Taking advantage of the parents being distracted, he approached the girl and, against her will, began committing sexual acts against her. Some time later, the girl told her parents what had happened. They contacted the police.<\/p>\n<p><i>\u201cDue to her age, level of mental and physical development, as well as her individual psychological capabilities, the victim was unable to resist an adult,\u201d<\/i> the prosecutor\u2019s office said.<\/p>\n<p>The man\u2019s actions were classified under Part 2 of Article 169 of the Criminal Code of Belarus.
