The proceedings will be held at the Zavadski District Court of Minsk, the human rights center <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/viasna96\/36715\">Viasna<\/a> reports.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/reform.news\/en\/special-proceedings-launched-against-founders-of-dissidentby\">Special proceedings<\/a> against Maryna Kasinerava and Viachaslau Kasinerau were launched on August 28 this year.<\/p>\n<p>They are charged with creating or participating in an \u201cextremist formation,\u201d inciting social hatred, discrediting Belarus, insulting Lukashenka, and facilitating \u201cextremist\u201d activities.
