He described them as very positive and also noted that the two had spoken by phone.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;In other words, there is contact, but for a meeting to take place, there needs to be very substantial content that can be translated into certain agreements, which would then be implemented by the sides and bring us closer to resolving all the issues that are important both to us and to the American side,&#8221;<\/em> Ryzhankou added.<\/p>\n<p>In the same interview, Ryzhankou said that Minsk is considering the possibility of a meeting between Aliaksandr Lukashenka and US President Donald Trump and is taking steps to arrange it.
