This year\u2019s theme is \u201cA World in Disorder.\u201d The event addresses the crisis of the international order, the rise of authoritarianism, the development of artificial intelligence and European security issues.<\/p>\n<p>This year\u2019s participants include King <strong>Felipe VI<\/strong> of Spain, Spanish Prime Minister <strong>Pedro S\u00e1nchez<\/strong>, former EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy <strong>Josep Borrell<\/strong>, as well as representatives of OpenAI, Palantir, Harvard, Cambridge, Telef\u00f3nica and Politico.<\/p>\n<p>A separate 45-minute session at the forum on October 3 will focus on Belarus. The discussion is titled \u201cBelarus: Silent Resistance.\u201d Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya and Josep Borrell will take part.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cIt is very important that Belarus is being heard at such venues today as a full-fledged actor and part of the broader European conversation. We are discussing the future of democracy alongside challenges related to security, war and technology.
