{"id":584041,"date":"2026-10-01T21:02:19","date_gmt":"2026-10-01T18:02:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reform.news\/?p=584041"},"modified":"2026-10-02T09:27:09","modified_gmt":"2026-10-02T06:27:09","slug":"french-embassy-introduces-new-chargee-d-affaires-in-belarus","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reform.news\/en\/french-embassy-introduces-new-chargee-d-affaires-in-belarus","title":{"rendered":"French Embassy Introduces New Charg\u00e9e d&#8217;Affaires in Belarus"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"fb-root\"><\/div>\n<p>The French Embassy <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/reel\/2049959819009362\">has introduced<\/a> its new Charg\u00e9e d&#8217;Affaires in Belarus, <strong>Lise Talbot Barr\u00e9<\/strong>, who has taken charge of the French diplomatic mission in Minsk.<\/p>\n<p>Talbot Barr\u00e9 graduated from the Paris Institute of Political Studies and holds a bachelor&#8217;s degree in Applied Foreign Languages from the University of Portsmouth. She is also a Knight of the National Order of Merit. At France&#8217;s Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, Talbot Barr\u00e9 has held various positions in Paris and abroad.
