The <a href=\"https:\/\/pravo.by\/document\/?guid=12551&amp;p0=C22600490\">document<\/a> was published today on the National Legal Internet Portal.<\/p>\n<p>The amendment takes effect on December 1. Belarus\u2019 subsistence minimum consists of a minimum food basket for the main socio-demographic groups, as well as non-food goods and services. The cost of the latter is calculated as a fixed share of the cost of the food basket. Under the new resolution, non-food goods and services will account for 85% of the cost of food products, up from the current 83%.<\/p>\n<p>The subsistence minimum budget is approved in Belarus every three months.
