This is stated in Decree No. 327 of September 28 on his <a href=\"https:\/\/reform.news\/en\/lukashenka-transfers-chief-of-general-staff-to-his-administration\">appointment<\/a> as deputy head of Lukashenka\u2019s Administration, published today on the National Legal Internet Portal.<\/p>\n<p>The decree cites subparagraph 210.1 of paragraph 210 of the Regulations on Military Service. This provision allows military personnel to be discharged upon reaching the maximum age for military service.
