In April this year, the MART commission found that this violated antimonopoly legislation. A1 attempted to appeal the MART decision to the Supreme Court, but <a href=\"https:\/\/reform.news\/en\/supreme-court-backs-mart-in-dispute-with-a1\">the court ruled in favor of the ministry<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>As a result, the Minsk Economic Court held the company administratively liable.
