During an additional inspection, the nozzles were found under the upper dashboard panel and beneath the upholstery of a passenger seat. Their value is estimated at about 5,000 rubles.<\/p>\n<p>The goods and the vehicle were seized pending a court decision. An administrative case has been opened against the driver under Part 2 of Article 15.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. He could face a fine of up to 30 basic units, with possible confiscation of the goods and the vehicle.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, customs officers established that the man had imported spare parts and equipment worth more than \u20ac1,000, exceeding the duty-free import allowance.
