However, strong winds tore off its mooring line, causing the unmanned vessel to drift along the Sozh River past Homiel\u2019s waterfront.<\/p>\n<p>The vessel was stopped and towed back to the mooring basin.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThe inspection showed that the tugboat began drifting on its own because the company\u2019s fleet service was not properly organized to ensure the security and safety of moored vessels.
